The Sino-Danish Industry park located in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province is to be developed with Nordic partners. Sunstone Water group is proud to take part of this alliance. The cooperation agreement is made by the Administrative committee of Zhejang Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Industrial Area and Copenhagen Capacity.

Last year China introduced it’s Water Pollution Action Plan (‘water ten rules’) released by the state council.

The plan details targets for increasing the ratio of drinking water sources in the country’s seven major river basins from 63% in 2013 to 70% by 2020 and to 75% by 2030.

According to the plan, small industrial plants without qualified wastewater treatment facilities will be shut down by 2016 and specific treatment schemes will be implemented to control the pollution of ten major industries.
